About this chart

Levels 7 to 9 form the advanced band and share a single character list and a single exam. Its 1,200 characters take you to the full 3,000 of the HSK 3.0 standard, covering academic writing, the professions, literature and classical expressions that still appear in modern texts.

The characters are grouped into the same sets of 25 used by the flashcards and stroke order pages, so you can print the chart, work through one set at a time, and tick it off as you go.
